Friday : Intro/program over view/ policies/payments/fundamentals of Contrology/ Kathleen Stanford Grants skills to build vocabulary
Saturday: Intro level exercises - Mat Reformer/ Mat class / Mat level l/Reformer level l/ Ped-o-Pull
Weekend 2
Friday: Cadillac intro/ Cadillac level 1/Reformer level ll
Saturday: Chair intro / Chair level l, Mat level ll, Cadillac level ll
Weekend 3
Friday: Chair level ll, Mat level lll, Cadillac level lll (start)
Saturday: Cadillac level lll (finish), Reformer level lll,
Weekend 4
Friday: Chair level lll, Chair level lV
Saturday: Reformer level lV, at level lV
Weekend 5 and 10
Friday Cadillac level lV, Cadillac level V, Mat level V
Saturday : Reformer level V, Chair level V
The lecture series is repeated every 6 months. Trainees are required to attend all lectures two times. This may be completed in one year. If you are not able to attend all lectures with in the year you may continue to attend lecture weekends up through a two year period at no extra charge.
Program Pricing
EARLY BIRD PRICING - $6,500 ($1000 non-refundable deposit)
Full Training Program: $7,000 ($500 non-refundable deposit)
Formal Lecture Series: $5,000 ($250 non-refundable deposit)
Weekend Lecture - 3 days: $1,000 ($100 non-refundable deposit)
One Day Lecture: $300 ($50 non-refundable deposit)
